Miriam Byrd Nethery

Miriam Byrd Nethery (May 17, 1929 – January 6, 2003) was an American film and television actress. She was married to Clu Gulager, the actor who played Billy the Kid on the NBC television series, ''The Tall Man'' from 1960 - 2003; their sons are Tom and John Gulager. Nethery was born in Lewisville, Arkansas to Daniel Thompson "Tom" Nethery (1890-1966) and his wife, the former Ruby Estelle Byrd (1892-1982). Her film roles included ''Bound for Glory'' (1976) and ''Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III'' and ''Across Five Aprils'' (both 1990).
==Death==
Nethery died in Los Angeles on January 6, 2003, aged 73, from undisclosed causes.
